Inquiry to be held into cinema's hours

RESIDENTS in Garston are gearing up to fight a proposal that would allow Woodside Leisure Park to remain open until 3am.

A total of 560 residents have signed a petition opposing Vue Cinema's plan to extend its hours of operation.

A further 83 letters of objection have also been submitted to a Government inspector, who is due to hear the appeal in March.

The public inquiry will be heard on Tuesday, March 14, and Wednesday, March 15.
