COMMUTER chaos hit the M25 this evening after a coach fire on the motorway.
The coach was in the hard shoulder between junctions 23 and 24 in the clockwise direction when it caught fire at 4.45pm.
Three fire crews attended the scene where they found the coach 'well alight'.
Traffic was temporarily stopped in both directions and lane one of the eastbound carriageway remains closed.
Police have advised motorists to steer clear from the motorway following the accident.
