Coco the Clown in Watford in 1970
Coco the famous clown was the centre of attention when he opened a fete at Watford on Sunday. The fete, organised by the Ladies’ Guild of Watford and District Synagogue, was in aid of the proposed youth and community centre in Nascot Road.
