The famous South Oxhey Choir is looking for trustees as it will soon be given charity status.
The 200-strong choir is approaching its second anniversary and is looking to appoint trustees before October.
The group performed at the Gravesham Big Seven Festival on Saturday, led by choirmaster Gareth Malone, and choir chairman Russ Clancy says the imminent charitable status is very exciting.
“This is an amazing step for us because becoming a charity says that we are here to stay for a very long time to come.”
