Police appeal for crash witnesses

Police have appealed for witnesses to a crash that killed a 27-year-old man from Watford.

James Giles died when his motorbike collided with a Volkswagen Golf along The Green, at the junction with Old Barn Lane, in Croxley Green at 9.55pm on Monday evening.

PC Stuart King, from North Watford Road Policing Unit, said: "This is a tragic incident and we are really keen to hear from anyone who may have any information.

"In particular, we need any witnesses who may have seen the collision to come forward."
