We were out walking our dog and couldn't access Radlett Road from Bushey Mill Lane as the flood water was too deep on foot. Some cars were driving through it slowly. Underneath the bridge near Top Golf the river has burst its banks. I have enclosed a couple of photos taken today at 2pm.
