Many congratulations to Elsie Alexander who celebrated her 100th Birthday with family and friends on Friday 2nd May.
Elsie has been a resident at Meresworth Residential Care Home in Rickmansworth since June 2012. She has many interesting stories to tell including how she worked as a telegraphist during World War 2. On opening her Birthday Card from the Queen, Elsie remarked “how marvellous”. Elsie is a truly lovely lady, who is a real inspiration to us all.
