By Phil Mizner
Greetings, my name is Phil. I am 23 years old and I live just outside Watford. I work part time in an office job, three days a week where I do IT and marketing work as well as other office jobs. The sort of jobs others would rather not do. However I don’t have to make the tea.
I enjoy sports and fitness (when I can fit it in.) I also like reading and writing, walking and hiking, music and films, television, and general discussions.
My favourite sports are football, rugby, and cricket as well as Judo although I haven’t done that in a while.
My ideal vehicle is a VW Campervan (see picture). I especially like reading and writing. At the moment I am reading “A company is not a crowd” by Robert Kee.
Many of the books I read are on or around the topic of the military as that is where partly my interest lies, and in the same way many of the films I watch and have an interest in are military based. I would say that one of my favourite books is “The Caine Mutiny” by Herman Wouk.
I am also a poetry fan and I am hoping to attend The Naked Poetry Festival 2009 which I understand is at the Watford central library. Has anyone been before? What’s it like?
Well that’s it for now. If you have any questions or comments feel free to add them.
I look forward to writing more, reading the other blogs and hearing from other people.
Ciao for now!
