Not many people crowed with delight at waking on Friday morning to find thick snow, but 12-year-old Martin Ferguson was one of them.
Martin, of Langley Way, Watford, wasted no time getting to Cassiobury Park to sledge and roll a giant snowball. Alas for him, by the end of the weekend, it was just a memory.
