A KNIFE-WIELDING robber attacked a terrified teenager he claimed owed him money.
The 18-year-old victim was walking along Beresford Road, Gravesend, when the attacker claimed he owed him £40 and demanded the cash.
When he refused, the robber pulled out a knife and threatened him. After taking 60p and the man’s wallet he fled the scene.
The robber is black, 16 or 17-years-old, of slim build and has short black hair.
He was wearing a blue Adidas top which was burned in places, light-coloured trousers and white trainers.
The attack happened at 6.30pm on September 19. Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses after the victim helped construct an e-fit picture of his attacker (pictured above).
A spokesman for north Kent police said: “Robbery is always a particularly nasty crime. When a weapon is involved it increases the need to catch the attacker before they seriously hurt someone.” If you have any information about the incident, call PC James Traynor on 01322 283154 or contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
