NEIGHBOURS of a rugby club have been consulted for a second time about plans to build homes on part of its ground.
Sidcup Rugby Club, in Sydney Road, Sidcup, applied for planning permission last July to build 30 houses on part of its ground backing onto Tyrone Way.
Following talks between developers Rydon Homes and Bexley planners, the layout of the proposed development has been changed.
The application has been amended to 29 homes with garages and also includes the demolition of 69 and 71 Sydney Road to create a new access road into the development, and a new two-storey sports facility. The deadline for comments was Monday (February 12).
