CHILDREN at four Bexley primary schools are to take part in a special citizenship project, paid for with Government cash.
The four schools: Fosters, in Welling; Mayplace, in Bexleyheath; St Augustine's, in Belvedere and Hook Lane, in Welling, have thousands of pounds of Beacon Schools' cash for the project.
The project will get a kickstart when the children attend a public performance of the international dance and drum company Adzido at Erith sports centre.
The project will involve the children attending workshops and activities looking at issues like bullying, racism and living in a world-wide community.
Call 01322 520983 for tickets the Adzido show.
