A teenager accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in a Harrow park has been remanded in custody.
Binak Hasa, 18, was arrested yesterday in connection with an allegation of rape in The Grove Open Space, which is off Lowlands Road and close to Harrow town centre.
He appeared at Harrow Magistrates Court this morning charged with the attack, and was remanded in custody until his next court appearance, at Harrow Crown Court on November 12.
Mr Hasa, of Salmon Street, Wembley, was arrested after police began investigating allegations of a sexual attack on two girls on Wednesday, September 3.
A 14-year-old boy was arrested at the same time as Mr Hasa, and has been released on police bail pending further investigations.
