Four budding Tae Kwon Do talents starred in the Hemel Hempstead Inter-Club Championships.
Over 500 competitors from several clubs across the South East entered the competition.
Holly Jones, 9, won gold in the girls Peewee Yellow/Green Belt team event.
Holly’s older brother Conner, 13, and fellow student John Williams, 13, took home silver in the boys Lightweight Blue/Red belt team event.
Danny Bail, 14, entered the boys Middleweight Blue/Red category and won bronze.
Valerie Wood, who trains the quartet, said: “I am immensely proud of all of my students. With the exception of Johnny it was their first experience of entering a competition – and it won’t be the last time”.
