Should command a decent fee with his recent goal record. Might get back some of what we spent on him.

saw him play at Yeovil a couple of weeks ago and feel that the criticsm he has had a bit unfair.

certainly has a good future allbeit at a lower level.
--on a seperate matter I thought the work on the SW corner was to have started a few weeks ago.
Looking at the photo in the Telegraph
sports section today its still the same building site.

Dear Endean,

I too was present at the Yeovil game and was also impressed with his play that game. He appears to be a solid league 1 player. If we did not now have such lofty ambitions perhaps he could play a part.

Why has the building not begun! Not happy, guess we will have to have a word with Gianfranco over a nice Italian Red on saturday. Maybe just a moan in the Lion instead!

Good luck to him and hope we get a decent fee. Unlike big Chris he always tried and Zola saw something in him to play him at the start of his reign.

Who are we going to drop to give him three games? He has had enough games in the past and is clearly not up to Championship standard.

Garner had his chance at the beginning of the season and didn't take it! Glad that he has taken his opportunity at Carlisle and hopefully we may get approx 150K for him!
Can spend that on kitting out the changing room's in the SW corner if they ever get done!

Dont let him darken our door again

Had his chance, didn't take it. Poor signing from Dyche. I'm sure he'll be gagging for a move back to Carlisle, seems to suit all parties so I imagine it will be confirmed on the 1st

I don't want to keep Joe Garner by any stretch but i think it's harsh to say he didn't take his chance under Zola. He wasn't given one in my eyes. Joe Garner is not a player you can put up front on his own, which Zola did... Attacking teams with Joe Garner as a lone front man is like taking on the Mafia with a spoon!

I think the contracts for the building work were due to be signed by the end of December, with work starting in January, completion July......
