According to the Telegraph today there is now going to be a vote at the FL AGM in the summer to close the "loophole" that allowed us to field seven(?) loan players last Friday. I do wish these so called journalists can get their facts correct before writing these comments.

Well, the football league should also allow the practice of selling players yet keeping them for the remainder of the season, shouldn't they Mr Holloway? Anyway, hopefully we'll have either signed them and not give a toss, or be promoted and not give a toss. The Watford bashing is all getting a bit tiresome right now.

This is where Hollowhead is morally more corrupt that anything that WFC have done. They have circumvented the pre-contract agreement which states a player can sign a pre-contract agreement with another club if their contract expires at the end of the season, Zaha's didn't, so by signing for United then being loaned back smacks more of a dodgy deal than what WFC have been accused of again all within the law, one word Hollowhead hypocrisy

This article is about MV, so well done Matej, a well deserved nomination.

Now the Hollowhead saga. The FA & FL rules are made not on FAIR play, but what serves the greedy top clubs. They ensure the outcome serves their greed.

That another club legitimately plays by those rules (not one of those greedy self interest voting group) is tough t1tty.

Clubs can get loans as easy as buying a scratchcard so I cannot see what the beef (horse) is about.

We did actually field 7 if you include the substitutes that came on.

We did actually field 7 if you include the substitutes that came on.

Started with 5 - Cassetti, Pudil, Abdi, Vydra and Chalobah.
Finished with 4 on the pitch - Cassetti, Pudil, Abdi, Battocchio.
Geijo wasn't used - so only 6.

It would appear there's a number of new 'faces' since I last commented, I hope the main contingent of Bringe, Boosey and LD are still prominent. The loss of Vialli hit me hard, hence my brief sabbatical, apologies.

A loanee...... A foreigner ? Being nominated for player of the Month? Who do I complain to? He isn't even our player.... Give our youngsters a chance.. Our Watford has lost its way... The irrelevancy as to which club keeps the contracts in which safe is often missed.

What gets me is hollowhead has got know room to talk on any moral issues regarding football ,do not forget this is the man who deliberately played a weakened team when blackpool were in the top flight.
