Watford Joggers Malcolm Salmons tackles Reading five-mile multi-terrain race

Watford Joggers’ Malcolm Salmons braved the cold conditions to take part in the Reading five-mile multi-terrain race.
Salmons crossed the line in 40 minutes exactly despite a sprint finish at the end of the two-lap circuit.
Carra Carter clocked a time of 25.21 at the Black Park 5k on Saturday, while James Gamble crossed the line in 21.35 at the St Albans park run.
