Daniel Pudil has taken to twitter to reveal that illness has ruled out him out of Watford's trip to Ipswich Town tonight.

The Hornets' left-wing back was taken off midway through the second half of Saturday's 4-0 win at Birmingham City after a relatively low key performance.

It is not clear when the Czech player became ill but he has tweeted: "I do not like to be sick and watch football just out of bed :( Good luck guys. Bring back 3 points for us!!!"

Pudil's absence will mean Gianfranco Zola will be forced into at least one change as his side go in search of their 10th away win of the season and potentially a place in the Championship's top two.

In comes Forsyth?

Also, whilst not quite a state secret, I'm not sure letting the opposition know early was a particularly smart move. They may not fear Pudil but it may allow them to adjust their plans just a little.
