Watford Joggers' Nick Slade sets new personal best at St Albans park run

A strong performance from Watford Joggers’ competitor Nick Slade saw him set a new personal best at the St Albans park run.
Slade crossed the line in 21.48 which beat his previous best time over 5k by six seconds. Roz Fullylove was also in action at the event and stopped the clock at 25.23.
Carra Carter’s times are also coming down as she crossed the line in 24.52 at the Slough Black Park 5k.
Scott Goodwin took in the Sunday’s Brighton half marathon and finished in a time of 1.28.09.
