Watford defender Daniel Pudil remains a doubt for Saturday’s Championship clash against Derby County and the Hornets could be without six other players.
Gianfranco Zola’s side go into the game unbeaten in their last four league fixtures and have recorded back-to-back victories.
Derby’s play-off hopes have stuttered and they have drawn three of their last four matches.
Zola stated today that Pudil had not been training with the side and the Czech Republic international is doubtful for Saturday’s clash due to illness Tommie Hoban will be absent after flying to Italy for a consultation on an Achilles injury.
Zola stated the game would be "too early" for Fitz Hall to make a return from a hamstring injury while Neuton is also ruled out.
When asked about the fitness of midfielders Connor Smith and Prince Buaben, the Hornets head coach said: "Connor should be back in full training next week. Prince Buaben might also be training with the team tomorrow (Friday).
Zola added that Watford captain John Eustace is also likely to return to training next week. He is currently suffering with a a "muscle problem."
Derby have their own injury issues and will be without skipper Shaun Barker due to a knee ligament injury.
James O'Connor and Mark O'Brien are also sidelined for the Rams trip to Vicarage Road and youngster Kieron Freeman is a doubt after he went off injured against Bolton Wanderers in mid-week.
Derby left-back Gareth Roberts will also miss out as he serves the final match of a three-game suspension.
