Loan round-up: Watford striker Britt Assombalonga nets 14th goal of the season as Southend beat Port Vale 2-1

Watford's on-loan striker Britt Assombalonga scored his 14th goal of the season for Southend, helping the Shrimpers to a 2-1 win over Port Vale in League One.
The 20-year-old has now netted two goals in four matches as Southend move to within five points of the play-off spots.
Hornets midfielder Ross Jenkins impressed on his debut for Barnet as Edgar Davids' men thrashed Morecambe 4-1 to earn a vital three points in the Bees' fight for survival in League Two.
Craig Forsyth started for Derby County but was unable to prevent the Rams suffering a 3-1 defeat against Birmingham City in the Championship.
Carl Dickinson made his sixth appearance for Coventry City and played the full 90 minutes as the Sky Blues won 2-1 winners away to Scunthorpe United in League One.
Steve Leo Beleck came on for Stevenage just before the hour mark but saw his team lose 2-0 to Preston North End.
