Rickmansworth earned a 15-run win at Wendover in their latest friendly.

A strong partnership between Danny Bagley (30) and Marty Jaynes (44) helped Ricky finish all out for 145 just inside the alotted 35 overs.

Consecutive run outs in the second last over closed the door as Wendover were restricted to 130 for nine.

Rickmansworth Seconds defeated Chenies Seconds by six wickets. Harsha Hariharan took four wickets for just three runs as Chenies were dismissed for 79.

Rory Cusack with 22 and Kamran Shahis 21 helped the side to a comfortable win.

Ricky Thirds slumped to a defeat at Hurley as the hosts declared on 188 for eight. The visitors struggled with the bat and were skittled out for 48.

Rickmansworth Fifths lost by one wicket to Ickenham Fourths.

Batting first, opening pair Paul Blackwell (54) and Ian Milligan (26) put on 89 for the first wicket as they eventually declared on 147 for nine. But Ickenham managed to squeeze home in a tight contest.

Chorleywood picked up another friendly victory with a six-wicket win at Leverstock Green. New overseas signing Ryan Fleming starred with the bat as he hit an unbeaten 96.

Wood had bowled well to keep Green down to a manageable 169 for eight. In the end, New Zealander Fleming was only denied a debut century by his team-mate Freddie Dare hogging the strike late on as he hit a rapid unbeaten 27 to see his side home.

Chorleywood’s first appearance in the National Club Cup ended in defeat as they went down by six wickets to a strong Eastcote side.

Wood batted first and scored a respectable 177 for eight with Ed Lye hitting 44. Dave Bushnell picked up two early wickets to give Eastcote a scare before they sealed their place in the next round.

A below-par batting performance saw Chorleywood fall to a 30-run friendly at home to Players & Jesters.

Wood performed well to restrict the visitors to 162 for eight from their 40 overs after five wickets for skipper Nigel Tyler.

Opener Rob Dunstone top-scored with 29 but eventually Wood were all out 30 runs short with nearly four overs to spare.

Langleybury earned a win over Kings Langley in their low scoring match.

Batting first, Langleybury stuttered to 132 for seven with an unbeaten 52 from Ross Channer.

He then picked up two for 17 while Khalid Mansoor took three for 19 as they clinched the win.

Langleybury Seconds also picked up a win over Kings Langley Seconds.

The hosts progressed to 218 for six with Qasim Kayani smashing 64 for them. Kevin Kelly starred with a spell of four for 29 as Kings Langley were eventually dismissed for 165.

Langleybury won by six wickets against Alexandra Park on Sunday.

Teenager Gus Ball took two for 40 as the visitors were all out for 176. Ball eventually fell for 46 with opening partner Nahim Amin hitting 82 in their victory.

Abbots Langley lost to St Albans West Indians by four wickets.

A disappointing innings saw them all out for 106 with only Barry Warner in double figures with 22.

Although St Albans slipped to 42 for five with Steve Wallis taking four for nine they still picked up the win.

Abbots Langley lost by 67 runs to Northwood on Sunday.

Northwood batted first and reached 187 for seven with Danny Rodgers top scoring for them with an unbeaten 66. Dhaval Navotam (two for 11) and Matt Dunstone (two for 27) were the pick of the bowlers.

Abbots were unable to keep up with the run-rate and were dismissed for 120 mainly thanks to six for 65 from Jayesh Modi.

Northwood saw off Bushey in their encounter.

New captain Danny Rodgers (30) and Ross Noach (46) put on 60 for the first wicket as Northwood scored 208 for six. Ross Noach took six for 42 as Bushey were dismissed for 177.

Northwood Seconds went to Bushey and set a target of 148 all out with only Mike Kirman (43) troubling the scorers. Northwood took six wickets as Bushey got home in the last over.

Northwood Town picked up an 87-run win over Ruislip Victoria.

Akshay Loomba (46) fell short of a half-century chasing a wide one and Rajul Patel showed he means business this year with a patient and timely knock of 62.

The middle and lower order didn't provide too many runs but Town were able to get to a very competitive total of 188.

Two wickets apiece from Neal Furmenger, Mitesh Parmar and Jonathan Bentvelzen helped dismiss Ruislip for 101.

Hemel Hempstead Town earned a six-run win over Brondesbury in the ECB National Club Championship. Gareth James top scored with 63 as they posted a winning total of 226 for nine.

Hemel also lost by five wickets in their latest friendly against Hawridge & Cholesbury. John Clulow was unbeaten on 44 as Hemel managed a total of 172 for five.
