No ten-tative start from Sun Postal Sports as they thump Stony Stratford on season opener

Sun Postal Sports posted a contender for the performance of the opening day of the Spartan South Midlands season by smashing ten answered goals past Stony Stratford on Saturday.
Five goals in each half represented the dream start for new manager Paul Hobbs who took over in the summer from Gordon Wallis.
Hobbs made James Armstrong his first signing and the striker, who scored 37 last season for Kings Langley, showed why he was so sought after by claiming a hat-trick in the Division One opener.
Armstrong was part of a three-pronged attack and his partners, Craig Lynskey and the impressive Jamie Harper, scored three of the other goals between them as Sun managed almost a fifth of the goals they managed for the entire of last season in one afternoon.
The left feet of Nathan Pooley and Dom David also found the back of the net with unerring accuracy but everyone was upstaged by the outstanding Ashley Lewis.
The effervescent midfielder opened the floodgates with the first and scored the goal of the game soon after, rounding off a length of the field move by driving through the heart of the defence to beat the hapless Stony keeper.
Sun are next in action on Wednesday when they travel to face Wodson Park.
