Watford Joggers' Jess Gray retained her senior ladies Moor Park 10k title on Sunday after crossing the line in 41.48.
There was a strong turnout from the club at the event and Robin Tremaine (40.37) was third in the over 50s, while James Gamble claimed a new personal best of 44.21.
Joggers’ club-mates Joshua Worthington (46.57), James Kavanagh (49.39), Sarah Sharman (50.58), Natalie Smith (54.35), Nick Withey (54.41), Sarah Daniels (54.43), Paul Biswell (55.16) and Julie McQueen (57.34) also completed the course.
Saravanan Sivakumar tackled the Ealing half marathon and returned with a time of 2.19.20.
