The 18-year-old is a Maltese national and will compete in his second international competition as an all-rounder.
Agius, who joined Abbots at the age of 12, was a member of the 2010 Under-15 and 2012 Under-17 teams that won the Hertfordshire Championships.
In addition to playing with Abbots, he represents Maltese team, Marsa, so that he can qualify for national honours.
Joining Agius is Langley teammate and coach Dave Carlisle who is now part of the Malta Cricket Association as a national coach.
Carlisle currently combines playing with coaching and is currently the South Hertfordshire Area head coach and the coach for the Three Rivers District Cricket Teams.
