Watford Town's Third team receive their trophy as champions of Herts Division 12 at Wembley

Watford Town's Third team received their trophy as champions of Herts Division 12 in a presentation evening at Wembley.
Captain Andy Canning received the trophy on behalf of the team with an invitation to Wembley Stadium for the presentations. Courtesy of the league’s sponsors, a private suite was made available for players and supporters to celebrate their teams’ achievements, ahead of Saracens’ Heineken Cup match against Toulouse last Friday.
Making the presentations was David English, the organiser of the Bunbury Cricket Festival. This annual event for 15 year olds has become renowned as the place to spot future England players, with budding stars from Freddie Flintoff to Steven Finn having made their mark there.
Watford Town Thirds clinched the Division 12 title on the last day of the season, finishing 19 points clear of runners-up Southgate Adelaide.
The top teams in divisions 11 to 14 have their trophies and prize money but will not be rewarded with promotion. The clubs in these four divisions face a shake up next season, when the league regionalises its lowest divisions, in an effort to reduce the amount of travelling for players.
