Watford Grammar School for Girls pupils claimed a bronze medal at the National Schools Swimming Relay finals.

The team of Alison Binns, Lucy Park, Amy Chung and Erin Nabney competed in the 4x100m freestyle and medley relay finals.

In the 4x100 event, the team swam a strong race and were less than a second off a silver medal. However, they were just pipped by Millfield School but settled for third place.

In the medley event, the team again impressed and achieved a fifth-place finish.
