It was another disappointing weekend for Kings Langley Ladies as they were thumped 12-1 against Leverstock Green Ladies Whites in Beds & Herts Women’s League Division Two.

Kings’ backline and goal were breached repeatedly despite the best efforts of goalkeeper Holly Gravestock.

The highlight for Kings was Kim Nield’s cross shot which looped in off the far post deep in first-half stoppage time.

In the second period Kings restricted Levy to four goals while, at the other end, Danielle McMullan saw her shot hit the far post with the keeper stranded.

Kings will look to bounce back this Sunday as they host Arlesey Town Ladies.
