Watford's youngsters are top of their group after winning their second match of the Under-19 Wojtyla Cup, beating PFK Lokomotiv Sofia 2-1 in Rome.
Josh Doherty's penalty and Harry Kyprianou's goal in the second half were enough to give the Hornets all three points and Dave Hughes' side will look to guarantee top spot when they face Latina Calcio today.
The win came on the back of a 0-0 draw in Watford's first game against Slovakian side FK Senica.
First-year professionals Luke O’Nien, Bernard Mensah and Uche Ikpeazu are included in a squad made up of primarily of Under-18s.
