Kings Langley hit Stony Stratford Town for double figures as they recorded a humbling 10-0 victory in Division One on Saturday.

The win leaves Kings fourth and only four points off top spot with games in hand over the teams above them.

Tom Carter volleyed home Alex Campana's free-kick to open the scoring before the roles were reversed as Carter set up Campana to add a second.

Campana was involved in the third too, setting up Gary Connolly, before he dug out a shot himself to make it 4-0 before half-time.

The second half continued in the same way as the first as Adam Hallissey ended a good run with a neat finish and Stony's misery was compounded when Matt Way was sent off after a second yellow card.

Hallissey added his second and Kings' sixth and the last eight minutes saw the home side capitulate.

Lewis Pritchard scored twice, Callum Adebiyi added another and Campana completed his hat-trick for a perfect ten.

In the Premier Division, Berkhamsted's Connor Calcutt scored a hat-trick as the Comrades thrashed Stotfold 4-0 at home to continue their push for promotion.

Berko are now third, five points behind Ampthill but with two games in hand.

Connor Calcutt rattled the woodwork early on but it didn't take Micky Vipond's side long to break the deadlock as Ed Canham headed the hosts into the lead after 12 minutes.

That's how it remained until the second half as the Comrades went close on a number of occasions without extending their advantage.

Three goals in seven minutes however, put the result beyond doubt.

Josh Chamberlain laid on Calcutt to score his second of the game and his 30th of the season before Frankie Jowl crossed for teeanger Kieran Turner to head home on his debut.

Turner was replaced by another youth player, Ashley Morrissey, and it was his pace that won a penalty which Calcutt converted for his hat-trick.

Tring Athletic scored twice in the second half to beat London Tigers 2-0 on Tuesday night.

A 65th-minute penalty from Trevor Gibbs and Chris Vardy's goal nine minutes later was enough to seal all three points for the hosts.

Tring are 11th in the table but have games in hand over the teams around them.

It was a welcome victory for Athletic, who lost 2-1 at Hadley on Saturday to extend a poor run of form to one draw and five defeats.

Ollie Butler drew Tring level in the 67th minute after Jordan Watson had put Hadley ahead but a second goal from Watson 11 minutes from time clinched the win for the home side.

Leverstock Green registered an excellent 3-1 win away at Biggleswade United to continue to pull away from trouble at the other end of the table.
