Eight Watford Joggers competed at the Buntingford ten mile road race on Sunday.
Colin Taylor made a rare road race return and impressed as he clocked a time of 1.06.24.
Sue Defoe clinched a personal best as she finished in 1.36.19. Andy Dean posted a time of 1.21.57 while Natalie Smith was round in 1.31.50.
Mark Nichols (1.32.42), Jane Molloy (1.34.53), Jane Welch (1.34.58) and Jacqueline Armstrong (1.35.07) also competed.
Panos and Katerina Fellas took on the tough Portsmouth Coastal marathon in atrocious conditions. Panos clocked 4.43.51 while Katerina managed a time of 5.21.04.
In other action, Paul Emery ran 21.44 at the Osterley park run, Mark Nicolls managed 24.58 at St Albans and Carra Carter clocked 28.21 at Black Park Slough.
Emery also took part in the Richmond Park run on Christmas Day where he completed it in 30.34.
