Osasuna have confirmed they have reached an agreement over the loan signing of Javier Acuna.
Acuna joined the Hornets from Udinese in a permanent deal in the summer, signing a contract which expires in 2016.
An error on Osasuna's website claims an agreement was reached with Udinese - not Watford - over Acuna's loan move.
The 25-year-old has only made six starts and six substitute appearances in all competitions for Watford, scoring one goal.
Osasuna are managed by Acuna's old Cadiz boss Javi Gracia and the Hornets hope the former Real Madrid B striker will be able to find some form before returning to the club in the summer.
Osasuna's website suggested the player will have his medical this afternoon before official confirmation of the move later today.
