It has been a busy start to 2014 for Watford Joggers with several of the club’s runners in action across England.
Huw Hamer, Jane Welch and Jane Molloy were competing in the Cliveden Cross Country event on Sunday.
Hamer was first home as he clinched a time of 58.53, while Welch and Molloy both clocked 1.03.20.
Marcia Quinn ended with a time of 1.45.52 at the Tadworth ten mile event while Mark and Naomi Studdart secured times of 44.22 and 45.59 at the Hyde Park 10k on New Year’s Day.
Paul Emery and Carra Carter both managed 5k park runs at the start of the 2014. Emery clocked 30.56 at Basingstoke and followed that with 23.09 at Newbury.
Carter was in action at the Upton Court and Black Park events and returned with times of 28.18 and 28.22 respectively.
