Troy Deeney scored the decisive goal after 33 minutes but who stood out for you in a Watford shirt?

Vote for your man of the match below and if you think someone other than our selections was the pick of the bunch, choose 'Other' and make your views known in the comment section.

Cassetti for me, back to his rolls Royce best, that flick over the oncoming defender cheered up an otherwise dull night!

Tough call between Doyley and Cassetti. You can't fault local man Doyley's committment to the Watford cause.

Tozser was the best player on the pitch. Classy and intelligent and to be honest made some of the other's look what they were. Cassetti played well and Doyley looked more assured although he wasn't overly tested. Deeney worked hard but needs a partner rather than just another forward player.

Doyley wasn't overly tested? OK so Macheda and Lovenkrands aren't exactly world beaters but nothing got past him, he made a couple of last ditch tackles and interceptions.

I voted for Lloyd because on a night where he was our best defender, coming into a game on the 10 minute mark is difficult enough! Top concentration throughout even though he was only given a couple of minutes notice! Natural to let your brain go to sleep on the bench so soon after kick off.

Deeney ran and ran, highlight for me was busting through the sandwich of BCFC defenders to win us a corner, deserves all the success that comes to him. Toszer pure class. Marco, even at 36 looked pacy last night!
