Watford Ladies will open up their Women’s Super League campaign at home to Millwall Lionesses on Wednesday, April 16.

The fixtures for the new campaign were announced last night and the Golden Girls will be hoping to kick-off their inaugural Super League season with back-to-back home wins as they also host Aston Villa Ladies on the following Sunday at Berkhamsted FC.

Following a long trip to Durham Women, John Salomon’s side then have the opportunity to test themselves against two of the country’s elite sides as they start May with a trip to Arsenal Ladies before facing Chelsea Ladies three days later. The two fixtures against the Women’s Super League 1 sides are in the group stages of the Continental Cup.
