Watford defender Daniel Pudil close to Czech Republic recall

Daniel Pudil has been placed on the stand-by list for the Czech Republic ahead of their friendly against Norway on March 5.

Pudil's last appearance for his country came in May 2012 against Israel.

Loanees Chu-Young Park and Dániel Tõzsér have been called up by South Korea and Hungary for their matches against Greece and Finland respectively.

Ikechi Anya has again been selected for Scotland, who face Poland.

Joel Ekstrand has been named on Sweden’s stand-by list for their friendly against Turkey and Cristian Battocchio has been called-up for the Italian Under-21s, who have a three-day training camp.

Sean Murray and Jonathan Bond were awaiting news on whether they have been called up by the Under-21 sides of Republic of Ireland and England respectively.
