Watford are odds on favourites to defeat free-falling Blackpool at Vicarage Road this weekend.

The Tangerines are in the middle of a dismal run of form, having not won any of their last 16 matches. You have to go back to November for their most recent win in any competition so the hosts should be able to overcome a side bereft of confidence.

Understandably, Beppe Sannino’s team start out as 4/5 favourites across a range of bookmakers.

However, it looks better value to back Watford to win to nil at 19/10 with Ladbrokes as this would have been a profitable bet in their last three home matches.

It’s worth noting the Hornets have a poor record against Blackpool, having failed to win any of their last seven clashes. Watford have also managed just one victory in 12 meetings.

Blackpool desperately need a win to ease their relegation fears but it is still hard to make a case for the visitors ending their barren run at 19/5 with Paddy Power.

The visitors have not lost on their last five trips to Watford and if you fancy that to continue the draw is available at 5/2 with Betfred.
