CHEF Mike Harrison will take to the stage to serve up a three-course Easter-themed taster menu.

He will demonstrate a variety of dishes and diners can enjoy a range of wines with each course designed to compliment the food, hosted by Stuart Rothwell of Ramsbottom’s The Vineyard.

The evening will also include a demonstration and tasters of homemade chocolates from Paul Williams of Choc Amor.

The event at 7.30pm on April 8 at Bolton’s Octagon Theatre is billed as the perfect preparation for entertaining friends and family this Easter.
