Fiona McQuire clinched two gold and two silver medals at the Hertfordshire Indoor Championships last weekend.
The 16-year-old, from Watford, was representing Dacorum and Tring Athletics Club at the event and she started with victory in the Under-17 triple jump after achieving a distance of 10.14m.
That was followed with another win as she sealed top spot in the Under-17 shot put 4kg with a personal best throw of 9.35m.
McQuire went on to secure silver medals after finishing runner up in the 60m hurdles (9.68) and the long jump (4.70m).
The outdoor season begins shortly and McQuire has set her sights on achieving an English schools qualifying distance in the discus.
