In 2013, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) started work as a new regulator of the UK financial services industry, with an objective of making financial markets work well. As an Associate in our Communications and International Division, you will have the chance to help us develop and deliver the FCA’s voice in the consumer landscape.
Our Communications and International Division is made up of three departments: Consumer Communications and Stakeholder Engagement; External and Internal Communications; and International. Consumer Communications is a brand new team that has been charged with delivering consumer protection through robust and creative consumer communications.
This is an exciting opportunity to help the team deliver platforms, newsletters, events, behaviour change campaigns and opportunities to support and demonstrate the FCA’s consumer protection initiatives. Your role will involve providing substantial support, assisting colleagues, providing campaign administration, including event organisation, agency liaison, and forward planning. It’s your chance to learn about the consumer landscape, social marketing and how to create behaviour-changing campaigns, as well as the FCA and its work.
