A COLLEGE is giving specialist financial advice to older students.
Burnley College is helping people access its adult courses with advice on how to access funding from your mid-20s onwards.
The college is helping raise awareness of the 24+ Advanced Learning Loan. In order to qualify, students need to be aged 24 or over on the first day of their course.
Eligibility also requires students to have been a UK resident for at least three years on the first day the course starts.
The funding is used for enrolling on a course at Level 3 or above, such as diplomas, advanced and higher apprenticeships and NVQs.
The college is assisting those applying for a loan from April for courses starting between now and July 2015.
