Nyron Nosworthy looks likely to have played his last Watford game after his loan spell at Bristol City was extended until the end of the season.
Nosworthy, whose Hornets' contract expires in the summer, joined the League One club on March 14 for an initial month with a view to extending until May, which has now happened.
The 33-year-old has started all five City games during his first month at Ashton Gate.
Nosworthy had only made six appearances for Watford this season after missing the start of the campaign following surgery on his Achilles in March.
He started five consecutive games between November 23 and December 14 but has only featured once for the Golden Boys since, in the FA Cup third round tie with new club Bristol City.
