Watford look worthy favourites to defeat Ipswich Town tomorrow at Vicarage Road.
The Hornets have a superb record against the Tractor Boys with just one defeat in their last 18 matches. With 12 victories during this run, Beppe Sannino’s side look good value to pick up three points at 6/5 with William Hill.
Watford can boast a strong run of form at home recently with just one defeat in 2014 which is another reason for backing them this weekend.
The visitors have plenty to play for as they are only outside the top-six in the Championship on goal difference and Mick McCarthy’s side are a best price of 13/5 with Paddy Power. With three wins from their last four away matches there is also likely to be some support for them.
Ipswich have scored on their last five trips to Watford, while the Hornets have struck 14 times in their last five matches at Vicarage Road, so backing over 2.5 goals at 9/10 with Ladbrokes should provide a decent return.
Troy Deeney has eight goals in the last seven home matches and has three in his last five games against Ipswich. These stats suggest the in-form striker is a decent bet to net again at 11/10 with Ladbrokes.
