Two of the five Watford Joggers who took part in the Maidenhead 10 mile road race on Monday came away with personal best times.
Stuart Borill finished in a time of 1.14.47 whilst Panos Fellas crossed the line in 1.19.50 to record personal bests.
Linda McQuaid also had reason for celebration after finishing in a club diamond category time of 1.27.55.
On Saturday a number of Watford Joggers took part in five different 5km park runs.
McQuaid narrowly missed out on another club diamond time at St Albans, finishing in 26.35, whilst Mark Nicholls ran 22.50. and Douglas McQuiad 28.22.
Brian James recorded a time of 19.43 at Slough Black Park, Huw Hamer managed 22.43 at Cardiff, Paul Emery 21.03 at Maldon and Marcia Quinn 27.48 at Sedgefield.
