CLAY Jack Peacefully on May 8 aged 85 at the Dales Care Home, Draughton after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s Disease. Much loved husband of Joan, father of Sandra, Paul and Ian and brother to Fred and the late Edna. Also beloved grandad, great grandad and respected father-in-law. The funeral service will be held at St Peter’s Church, Addingham on Monday May 19 at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Jack to the Alzheimer’s Society may be made at the service. This will be a celebration of Jack’s life so black clothing optional.
