Daniel Tozser has been called up to the Hungary squad for their friendly against Denmark next Thursday.
The 28-year-old, who spent the second half of the season on loan at Watford, has been capped 20 times by his country.
Tozser was named in the Hungary squad in March but didn’t feature as the side were beaten 2-1 by Finland.
The midfielder missed only one Watford game after he joined the Golden Boys on loan in January from Italian side Genoa.
He featured for the full 90 minutes in his 20 outings, despite arriving at the club having not played competitively since May 2013.
Tozser excelled during his first couple of months at Watford before his form dipped, with club staff suggesting tiredness was a contributing factor.
The Hornets are hoping to sign Tozser on a permanent basis this summer and we understand they have held positive talks with Genoa and the midfielder's representatives.
