Anthony Joshua will face Matt Legg on the undercard of Carl Froch’s IBF and WBA World Super Middleweight title rematch with George Groves on May 31 at Wembley Stadium.

The Watford-born Olympic gold medallist has boxed six times as a professional and has stopped all his opponents inside the opening two rounds.

Legg will hope to cause an upset at Wembley and he goes into the fight on the back of a second round knock-out win against Deyan Mihailov in April.

Joshua says he can’t wait to box at Wembley Stadium and believes it will be an “unbelievable experience”.

“To box at the national stadium on a bill of this magnitude is a real honour and I plan to kick the night off with a bang against Matt," he explained.

"I know he will want to put on a show on such a huge occasion but I will be looking to add another big KO to my collection.”

Joshua’s clash with Legg is part of a huge night of action at Wembley ahead of Froch’s grudge match with Groves.
