Lloyd Doyley won his eighth cap for Jamaica as the Reggae Boys drew 2-2 with Egypt at Leyton Orient's Brisbane Road last night.

The 31-year-old centre-back started and was replaced nine minutes from the end by Hughan Gray.

Derby County's Simon Dawkins equalised for Jamaica after Mohamed El Nenny had put Egypt ahead.

Former Watford forward Joel Grant then put Winfried Schafer's side back in front before Bassin Morsi levelled.

Another ex-Hornet, Aidy Mariappa, also played in the game, completing 90 minutes.

On Sunday, Jamaica face France as part of their World Cup preparations in Lille.

Midfielder Cristian Battocchio played 58 minutes for Italy's Under-21s as they beat Montenegro 4-0.

Battocchio was replaced after the break by head coach Luigi Di Biagio.

Former Watford loanee Marcello Trotta scored for the Azzurrini in the friendly win.

Essaid Belkalem was an unused substitute in Algeria's 2-1 victory over Romania.

Algeria's next fixture is their opening World Cup group game against Belgium on June 17.

Midfielder Daniel Tozser missed Hungary's 1-0 win over Albania with a knock, with former Watford striker Tamas Priskin scoring the winner from the penalty spot.

Tozser will hope to be fit to take part in the Magyars' next friendly, at home to Kazakhstan on Saturday.
