Watford have been drawn away to Stevenage in the first round of the Capital One Cup.

The Hornets will travel to Broadhall Way in the week commencing August 11.

The clubs have yet to confirm if their pre-season friendly on July 19 will now be cancelled.

Mickey Quinn, not so thin says...

Forget the word cup, forget the test match, the biggest sporting news of the week is finally out. The excitement about who we would draw in rd1 of this prestigious competition had reached fever pitch with all the wobbly build up ....Now we just need to cope with the obvious lull, drop in adrenaline and general feeling of emptiness.
