THE Barry County Library hosts an authors' event, "June is Booking out all Over," this Saturday, June 28, from10.30am.
The event is an opportunity for anyone interested in writing to go along and meet, talk to, and receive advice from some of the most well-known authors from across Wales.
Local author Eileen Younghusband, best known for her book, "One Woman’s War," which tells the story of her experiences during the Second World War, will be attending, as well as "Hearts of Gold" author Catrin Collier, who was instrumental in gathering authors together for the event.
Having recently appeared at the Dinefwr Literature Festival, novelist and poet Phil Carradice is also attending.
Many of the 30 or so authors already confirmed will be bringing along their most recent works, which they will be signing and selling.
